This assignment involved converting an insurance issuance system from Access 1.0 to Visual Basic 4.0. The system dynamically linked several databases together depending on structure and customer requirements to produce insurance coverage certificates. The conversion was a complete rewrite in logic and technical structure. It involved intense OLE and SQL interaction. It is currently being used to issue certificates of insurance which are “Legal Documents.”
